The Otara Foundation recently conducted a Nature Photography Competition on social media in commemoration of World Environment Day. The competition was intended to create awareness and appreciation on the beauty and natural heritage of our beautiful Sri Lanka and the importance of preserving the flora and fauna endemic to our country.

The winners of Otara Foundation’s World Environment Day photography competition visited the Foundation’s HQ to receive their prizes. They met with Otara Gunewardene who congratulated them on their beautiful pictures, their creativity and photography skills and awarded them with a certificate and a prize.

She thanked the winners for participating in the competition and showing their passion and love for Sri Lanka’s amazing natural heritage.
